Member Services Representative

ID Experts® Member Services Representative position requires highly organized and self-motivated individuals who will support ID Experts members over the phone and via email. This position drives customer satisfaction by proactively facilitating and delivering information online, over the phone, and in writing. Critical skills required are a strong attention to detail and organizational skills for updating payment and coverage information for members. Other skills are patience, tact, written and verbal communications, and the ability to build positive interactions and trust with members. This position must be able to work with highly confidential and personal information. Preferred experience and education: At least one year experience in a client based services environment and credit card billing and payment systems experience.

Intake Specialist

ID Experts® Intake Specialist position requires a highly organized and self-motivated individual who will serve as the initial point of contact for victims and potential victims of identity theft. This person will interview victims and potential victims in order to gather details for each unique identity theft situation. They will provide information and instructions for victims and assist individuals to understand the recovery process and how ID Experts will work to resolve their specific case. Critical skills required are organization skills, patience, tact, written and verbal communications, and the ability to build relationships and trust with victims. This position must be able to work with highly confidential and personal victim information. Preferred experience and education are: a Bachelor degree or combination of education and/or work related experience, 2 years experience in a client based services environment. Recovery Advocate

ID Experts® Recovery Advocate position requires a highly organized and self-motivated individual who will serve as the primary contact for victims of identity theft. This person will manage a caseload of victims, act as a resource, and perform functions necessary for the recovery and restoration of the victim’s identities. This includes communicating with financial institutions, government agencies, and credit bureaus on the victim’s behalf. Critical skills required are organization skills, patience, tact, written and verbal communications, and the ability to build relationships and trust with victims. This position must be able to work with highly confidential and personal victim information. Preferred experience/education are: a Bachelor degree or combination of education and/or work related experience, 2 years experience in a client based services environment performing case management duties. Sales Associate

ID Experts® Sales Associate position is responsible for driving profitable revenue by developing direct sales opportunities. They are responsible for driving lead qualification and sales of defined products and services as set forth by VP of Sales. In this role, our Sales Associates work directly with the sales representatives, account managers and marketing department to efficiently take in sales leads, move them through qualification and determine opportunity for initial sales. Critical skills required are high ethical standards, achieve booking objectives, meet or exceed defined quota, documentation CRM system, identify new product/service opportunities, provide accurate revenue forecasts. Required experience and education are: High school diploma, College degree preferred, 2+ years experience in telesales, retail sales or direct sales function, demonstrated ability to exceed sales objectives.

Critical Incident Response (CIRT) Coordinator

ID Experts® CIRT Coordinator is part of our Incident Response Team and is responsible for the planning and implementation of data breach notifications. The CIRT Coordinator position serves as a liaison between the CIRT Department and its clients. They work closely with the Director, the Sales team and the other CIRT Coordinators to ensure that the needs of the department and client are being simultaneously met, and ensure that the planning and implementation of the breach is timely, professionally, expertly handled, and in accordance with state laws. The CIRT Coordinator must be able to competently juggle roles in Sales, Client Services, and Customer Services. More than anything, the person in the role must be able to convey a sense of authority and respectability at all times. An eye for detail and team orientation is required to work under stressful conditions with multiple deadlines in a friendly and cohesive manner. Preferred experience and education: Bachelor's degree in related field, or an equivalent of education and work experience preferred. 2- 3 years experience in a client- based services environment.
